Repeat-infringer policy
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable the material and notify the account holder. An account that receives three valid notices is closed. Notices later withdrawn or overturned by a successful counter-notice don't count.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed by mistake, email the designated agent with your name, address and phone, the material removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address, and your signature. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must send it for you.
