Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Klosmith ("Klosmith", "we") about using the Klosmith website. By creating an account or using Klosmith, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Klosmith.

1. Who can use Klosmith

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Klosmith. If you're under 13, you may not create an account.
• If you're under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), you need permission from a parent or legal guardian, and they agree to these terms for you. Parents and guardians are responsible for their teen's use of Klosmith, including any purchases.
• If we learn that someone under 13 has an account, we'll close it and delete their data. Parents can contact us at support@klosmith.example.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email. Keep access to your email secure, and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens on it. Don't put your real name, address, school or passwords into Klosmith.

3. Only your own gameplay

Only record or upload gameplay you played yourself. Never upload someone else's video, stream or recording. Klosmith checks clips for signs of someone else's video and may hold or remove them. Your video stays on your device; Klosmith only sends still frames to its servers.

4. Original games, not copies

Klosmith helps you make original games inspired by how other games play. Your game must have its own name, theme, characters, art and code. Klosmith blocks names from the original game and asks for at least three twists. Don't add assets, music, models or names you don't have the rights to. You're responsible for what you publish, including following the Roblox Community Standards and Roblox's terms.

5. The AI helper

Klosmith's helper is an AI (Claude, made by Anthropic), not a person. It can make mistakes, including in the code it writes. Check and test everything it makes in Roblox Studio before you publish it.

6. What you own

You own the games you make with Klosmith, including the code generated for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store and process your content only to run Klosmith for you (for example, to build your game and show it back to you). The Klosmith website, its design and its base project belong to us.

7. Rules

Follow our Rules & safety. Don't use Klosmith to make anything harmful, hateful, sexual, or inappropriate for a 13+ audience; to collect people's personal information; to break the law; or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer Klosmith.

8. Credits and payments

AI work on Klosmith uses credits, and building needs a paid plan (Maker, Creator or Studio, billed monthly or yearly). Plans and extra credit packs are sold through our payment provider (Stripe); if you're under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission to subscribe or buy, and they can manage or cancel the plan any time. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. If an AI step fails or you stop it, its credits are returned automatically. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe something made on Klosmith infringes your copyright, use our DMCA page. Accounts that receive three valid notices are closed.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Klosmith any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. No warranty; limits

Klosmith is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll tell you on the site or by email. Using Klosmith after changes means you accept them.
